Tim is the 3rd generation owner of The Last Resort. He cares deeply for others & doesn't judge so his prices are cheap & he always finds space for those who need it. TLR is falling apart but Handy Andy is on the job to fix the leaks & get rid of the rats with the help of a local stray they call Motel Cat. Mama Ang keeps things clean & she is the best cook you'll find. Her food will heal broken hearts & she knows everything about everyone so don't try to keep secrets. Welcome to a safe place.
Sugar & Rose often go to The Last Resort for a warm meal, a clean bathroom & a warm bed for next to nothing. Tim just asks that they don't do any work at the motel. They both had hard lives & Sugar sees Rose as a daugther. She wants Rose to go to school, get a degree & be the family Sim Sugar wish she could be. Maybe with the help of a job at TLR, Rose can get off the street & move up in life but who will look after Sugar?

Blaire and her sister Nina were sent to The Last Resort to speak to the owner Tim about a room to rent. They had been kicked out of home, Their father said they were a burden and he didn't want them anymore after their mum had died. There was no one to take them in. They met Handy Andy who said not to worry now and Mama Ang who took one look at the girls and rushed off to make a big dinner. and felt they were at last safe for a while. Welcome to a safe place.

Staff at The Last Resort don't know this Sim's real name, he calls himself Subject but he's really jumpy so he's know as Nervous Subject with his little friend Frank. Some swear Frank can talk. Nervous lives on the street&comes to the motel for a dip in the pool. It's clear by die scars that Nervous has been through some things&there's always men in black suits looking for him.But the #LastResort makes sure they never find him.
The Last Resort has seen some strange Sims stay over but "Staniel" & his "sister" Betty-Lu might take the cake. It's clear they are running from something & Betty-Lu's obsession with wigs is driving everyone crazy. While Stan...oops, we mean Staniel, tries his best to keep a low profile his sister is trying to become a local folk singer. TLS guest seem to be entertained by the pair but can they keep a low enough profile to not draw the attention of the secret lab? Also, Betty-Lu seems a bit stranger then most Sims. Nervous was yelling at Betty-Lu calling her Roger and then Betty had a fight with Frank the dog about "going home". Well, The Last Resort is a safe haven for all Sims even those that might not be from this galaxy.
